Delve deep into the functional and fascial anatomy the human form, learn important and profound neurological hacks for working with anxiety and depression, and begin to work therapeutically work private clients. Incorporate work with the chakras and elements in your classes, your practice, and your life. Whether your students have ten minutes or two hours to devote to their practice, you will learn how to distill the essentials into their most beneficial form, and give them the tools they need to honor their inner wisdom.

We encourage applicants to have either their 200 hour YTT with Michelle, or have completed the Bridge Program - which can be studied completely online, or as an intensive with us in paradise!

What you are feeling is normal, and we want to help you rest and recharge, offering strategies for continuous regeneration as you move through your life.

Host Heather Davidson MS is a clinical mental health counselor accruing hours toward LPC licensure in Pennsylvania. Heather knows that every body has lived a unique set of experiences that has shaped the person within - therefore healing must happen in both the brain and the body. In her private practice, Heather incorporates breathwork, somatic techniques, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness in her work with clients.

Andrea Tweten is a skilled practitioner who blends deep intuition with personalized care. On the massage table and during 9D breathwork sessions, Andrea creates a nurturing and safe space for each individual. Through 9D breathwork, Andrea guides clients into profound states of relaxation and self-awareness. This transformative experience uses multi-dimensional sound and breath to release emotional blockages, foster deep healing, and reconnect individuals with their inner selves.

Innovate Bamboo: Design / Build Workshop

June 14-28, 2026

Playa el Coco, Nicaragua

Taught by Wyly Brown and Hans Hernández

In this hands-on bamboo building workshop students will learn about bamboo design and construction techniques. You will work with an international team of bamboo builders and bamboo designers to learn how to transform innovative designs into built projects. Bamboo is a natural composite with high tensile and compression strength and grows in a cylindrical form that is optimal for carrying longitudinal forces. Students will work hands-on with several species of bamboo to construct a small structure, learning how to set it in foundations, create joinery, and assemble full scale structures. In addition we will go over cutting edge design methods that enable the builder to easily adapt their designs to steep conditions, or other unique site challenges. Together we will assemble a small bamboo structure, and explain how students can build their own structures in a step by step process. The goal is to explore the wide range of design and engineering potential of this natural, often overlooked, structural grass, while working together to experience the process firsthand.
